TOKIO HOTEL
As musical heir to Ziggy Stardust, U2 and Tears for Fears, this German glam-rock band brings its androgynous yearning to songs steeped in science fiction and bubble-gum rock, and it already has a stadium-scale following in Europe. Its second album, “Humanoid,” aims for arena singalongs here too. Oct. 6. Cherrytree/Interscope. (J. P.)
